- SGShannon GreenhouseAug 23, 20262.0I don’t know if it’s just this location, or all of them, but they don’t display the list of smoothies in a place that is easy to view. There are screens, but they list all of the items that are NOT smoothies. The only menu is at the very front. It created a stressful environment, as I felt very rushed to order. I was worried about holding up the line. I’m not sure if the screen on the right side usually shows smoothies, but I think this is an issue that could be fixed.

There is literally a DEAD RAT at the store entry and the so called General Manager did not seem to care, I offered to call they’re manager or someone to help them pick it up and they immediately became defensive, dismissive and disrespectful. . I care about the community I live in and they should care about the community they work in too. It’s sad that there was no effort to remove the RAT or accept that I was trying to help them figure out a way to get the RAT removed. They also refused to provide there names and give managements information. The whole situation needs to be addressed and they need to hire employees who care about there business they are working for. Horrible first time experience visit this store location! Especially as being an old employee at Jamba Juice as a kids there age. This is very unfortunate!

She was snappy and short and looked genuinely unclean. She had an AirPod in, no gloves, hair down like come on bro. I work in food service and never leave reviews but this was bad.
