  Independently owned vs. Franchised owned Sometimes your day is so packed you barely have time to eat, and honestly, Jamba Juice usually hits the spot when you need something quick and refreshing. I was in the middle of errands and had about 30 minutes total to get there and back, so I placed a preorder thinking it would be an easy grab-and-go situation. Operationally? They were fast. My smoothie was good and exactly what I needed in the moment. But visually… this location was rough. I’ve never been to a Jamba Juice that looked this run down. If I had walked in before placing my order, I honestly would have turned around and left. The location needs serious cosmetic attention, paint, upkeep, cleanliness, overall presentation. It didn’t feel aesthetically pleasing or aligned with the brand experience people usually expect from Jamba Juice. And unfortunately, when a place looks neglected, it naturally makes customers question sanitation protocols too, even if the drink itself ends up being fine. I don’t live in this area, but if I did, I wouldn’t return to this Jamba based on appearance alone. The independent owner really needs to invest back into this location because the potential is there. This is why it's better to be part of a franchise if you're lackadaisical as an independent. The staff moved quickly, and the juice is juicing. The environment just doesn’t match the service. And respectfully… if the budget is the issue, between Home Depot and independent construction folks, you can spruce this place up in a weekend without breaking the bank. “Respect for the customer's environment is not extra customer service. It is the business.”

  This is now my go-to Jamba. Yusuf is just incredibly kind, and the atmosphere between the workers is very friendly and giving. They will give you the extra too...yummy and their attitude really is such an improvement over the PB location...I actually walked out there and went straight to this one. And it was worth it! Thank you!!!

  I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I popped in xmas eve a few minutes before closing time and a female employee was very rude and refused to take my order, insisted they were already closed.
