  First time trying this location and im already loving this location and staff. It is about to be 7:00pm and the staff here is extremely polite, professional, and super friendly. They deserve a huge shout out for the way they treated my wife my son and myself. KUDOS to who ever trained this team.

  come in at 4:05 pm october 12th 2026 a guy takes order after waiting patiently for him to stop talking to lady in back and a man comes in after he accepted our order and we paid. we left went shopping shortly next door came right back and the guy who came in and ordered after us was eating his bowl and our smoothies werent even out yet. he was obviously supposed to make our smoothies first because we ordered first...

  Don't go to this location! Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and several people after us received theirs first. When we finally got our (4) drinks 2 of them were very watery- they were clearly not made properly. Save time and go to the Jamba Juice in Poway - they are always efficient and consistent with their drinks. Not to mention their staff is amazing.

  Rush hour traffic building up along southbound hwy 163. Warm, humid Friday afternoon at Hawthorne Crossings mall. The recent heatwave eased up a bit since yesterday, which is a welcome relief. Summer climate still effective and Mini-me 1.0 requested snacks from Jamba while getting her hair did at Sola Salons. Chill, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff got our drinks and Parmesan pretzel with minimal wait time. I like that they can still make some off-menu drinks from when they originally opened. Tasty snacks when running errands at the strip mall. Until next time :)

  You've got to go and give this location a try!! I had a couple of gift cards sitting around, so I stopped in for a fruit smoothie after my workout ... and was pleasantly surprised to see they now have sandwiches! I ordered a Caribbean Passion smoothie and the Rotisserie Chicken Avo Ranch~rotisserie chicken, avocado, white cheddar, provolone, spinach, bacon, and ranch on ciabatta -- served toasted. The melted cheese, warm chicken, and crispy bacon on that perfectly toasted bread... all of it was so good! With this HOT weather, you might go in for a smoothie, but don't be surprised if you leave with a sandwich too. I hope this sandwich will be there permanently!
