If these fresh rolls aren’t the best in San Diego, they’re definitely in the top three. You will literally never find a sad/browned/wilted piece of iceberg lettuce in any of these rolls. I often get two shrimp & avocado rolls and sub one of the peanut sauces for a coconut sauce so I have one of each. The shrimp always tastes fresh & they always include fresh herbs. My gluten free and vegetarian friends love this place. I also love that the ladies in the kitchen always wave back at me when I wave goodbye/thank you. Big ups to all the hardworking peeps at Goi Cuon - thanks for your healthy, delicious food!
