I'm not sure if he's part owner or the owner or a worker that I talked to he was cool and engaging I mentioned about how Westminister, CA has great Vietnamese food and hopefully that I can find a place like that in San Diego plus in my neighborhood. But sour face kept looking mean and wanted me to leave. I guess only white people's money is good. 👍🏽 🤷🏽 😕
