  Stopped in for an espresso martini at the bar. Menu price said $17 but was charged $18 per martini. I know a $1 per drink is nothing to complain about but you cannot charge more than the advertised price.

  Food was above average. Definitely a better experience than other steakhouses. We had a dozen of fresh oysters, lamb chops with ratatouille and Tomahawk with a lobster tail. I did not really like my old fashioned cocktail. My fiancé had a wine and we both agree the wine was a better choice. Fresh oysters were indeed fresh, the garnish that came with was so delicious- it definitely enhanced the flavor of oysters. Lamb chops were great, perfect doneness and it went so well with ratatouille. Tomahawk steak was also a good experience but I did not really like the lobster tail. I wish it was cooked a little longer. Some part of lobster was still cold. We were served by a gentleman named Roland and he was very attentive and professional.

  Our family had an unforgettable dining experience at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and much of that was thanks to Juan. This was our last family dinner before our daughter and son-in-law transfer to their new duty station, making it a very special and emotional evening for us. Juan went above and beyond to make the night truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he guided us through every step of the dining experience with excellent recommendations and impeccable service. One of the highlights of the evening was when Juan prepared the Wagyu beef tableside. It was an incredible presentation and elevated the entire experience to another level. Every dish was exceptional—beautifully prepared, incredibly flavorful, and simply delicious. We finished the evening with dessert and a thoughtful touch that meant so much to our family: Juan took photos for us, helping us capture memories from this special occasion that we will cherish for years to come. Thank you, Juan, for your outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and for making our family's farewell dinner such a meaningful and memorable celebration. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Fleming's to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

  My Wife, 4 year old and I were staying at the Marriott Marquis just a couple blocks away, and hadn't made official dinner plans. I saw Flemings close by, but initially didn't consider it because I was sure it was not the place for a 4 year old. WRONG. After some discussion, we decided to walk over. We check in with the friendly hostess without a reservation and are told they had to prepare a table and would just be a moment. They asked if we were celebrating anything, and we said we were still celebrating my birthday, albeit it was a few days prior. About 2-3 minutes later, the hostess walks is to a wonderful booth, which was decorated with two happy birthday signs, and some little stars sprinkled on the table. My son was pure happiness seeing this. After getting settled and starting to look at menus, our wonderful sever named Heidi came by with a tablet and asked if we would like our picture taken. I reluctantly said sure. Reluctantly, because I had been at a steakhouse in las vegas a month prior where this occurred, and they proceeded to try and sell me the great picture for $80. Not at Fleming's. Less than 5 minutes later, Heidi returns to our table with the picture already printed, in a wonderful paper frame that had the Flemings logo and a little blurb about memories. No charge. Unreal in this day and age! We didn't expect to see a kids menu at a steakhouse. But not only did they have one, they also had a 3 course kids menu with several kid friendly selections for each course! My Son started with a cheese and cracker plate (kid charcuterie!), then chicken tenders and fries (the chicken tenders were probably the best I've ever tasted), followed by ice cream! One of the main course options for kids was a 6 oz filet mignon for the same price which I thought was incredible, but my kid wasn't ready for that yet. My Wife and I both got the Australian Wagyu NY strips and they were incredible. The seasoned crust on them was a very welcomed addition, and our sides were just as good. GREAT wine selection too! I must say though, as great as all that was, the highlight of our dining experience was our server Heidi. My Wife and I both commented that we didn't think we'd ever seen a waitress so on top of everything, and we've had dinner in steakhouses all over the country. Even more than her proficientcy at her job though was her sweet and friendly approach towards not only my Wife and I, but our kiddo too. Anyone with young kids knows the anxiety that can come with dining out when all you want to to have a nice meal and for God's sake, don't ruin anyone else's! But Heidi seemed to sense this was perfect at making the whole dinner enjoyable and fun for all of us. I highly, highly recommend Fleming's on K st. and 4th Ave in San Diego, but especially if you sit in Heidi's section. The perfect steakhouse dining experience even with a 4 year old, thank you Heidi and Fleming's team San Diego!
