  Ordenamos en la pantalla en 5 minutos, nuestra comida estaba lista en 5 minutos. Todo bien fresco. Salsa verde mi favorita.

  El pollo muy bueno lo raro para fueron mi los frijoles estaban dulces, cosa que no estoy acostumbrado a comer con ese sabor fuera de eso todo muy rico

  Promotion clearly states you can add more chicken for $10, jineth at drive through said we could not, we would have to purchase another family meal. Was hard at understanding , very unhelpful. Always having a bad experience at this location, literally the third time

  Lost a loyal customer. I am a regular. Placed an order Monday it was a meal. Got home realized was never given drink. I called store, spoke to Annhi, Manager (so she claimed) She was nice and immediately offered me an entire replacement meal on my next visit. Thought that was really nice and more than I expected. I went in Wednesday trying to explain who I had spoke to and was treated so badly. I was digging for my receipt and could not find it. They acted like they don't know who the managers even are. I could not pronounce the name right, but they were. I said yes, that's the name of person. Guy was not even listening and would not stand still then would act confused. He said current manager was sitting at table, she was eating, and I was reluctant to interrupt, but he said it was fine. I walked over and said excuse me are you the manager? She looked at me like my head was on backwards. No, "yes, how can I help you?" Just absolute disdain. So now I am pissed, so I leave. I call again and we play the "I only speak Spanish" game on phone, when I know they understand me perfectly, I was just there. I hung up. Nothing was offered, they carried on a full conversation with me on phone in background, kept saying huh? What? I may not speak Spanish fluently, but I understand way more than you think. Be careful what you say because you may be pretending not to understand me, but I understood exactly what was said. I found the receipt too.

  Unfortunately, like most places today, prices have more than doubled in the last ten years. It wasn't that long ago when you could buy a two piece combo for $7, not anymore. We used to go there once a week, now, not even once a month.
