  I had a continental breakfast for my residents. This Einstein had my bagels and smears ready. They brought everything out to my truck and everyone were very kind.

  I stopped in with my daughter today around 10:50am , the two ladies at the front were super nice and friendly, thanks for the great customer service

  Thanksgiving Day the A team is not on duty. Only received 12 bagels, NOT even the ones I asked for in specific amounts. Just what he felt like putting in box! No plastic bags, even though I asked for them. Then went to use rewards & was told I don’t have any??? My app shows 1020…. I’m confused… Maybe late night? Maybe lack of employees’ attention to detail.?

  Love love the bagels. Yes indeed I’m a regular. But operationally let me ask something. Why do I need to wait in 2 lines. One to order them one to pay. This at least doubles my wait time. Seriously figure out your systems. And please don’t somehow try to tell me how this is better for me You get an F for this but A for food I’m here right now and ordered. No one else here. Then a 10 minute wait just to pay. Stupid
