I absolutely love this place and the atmosphere here! Alondra did an amazing job helping me pick out my coffee & bagel since I’ve never been here, everything came out so quick and tasted super delicious 🥰 I will definitely be coming back!!

This is my second time here, and the service was bad the first time too, but I didn’t think much of it. However, since it was bad again today, I wanted to write about it here. First of all, from the moment I walked in, I couldn’t speak to a single employee because everyone was focused on their work and avoiding eye contact. (Wait, isn’t your job also selling bagels?) I waited at the counter to place my order and felt like they were ignoring me. I didn’t let it bother me; I placed my order later and left a tip as usual. My bagel came quickly—thanks—but the cheese hadn’t even melted yet. The egg white was starting to get cold too. I didn’t let it bother me again and went to sit at a table. All the tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. I sat at a dirty table and wiped it down myself. Trash can was also full.. Then I got up and asked one of your employees for salt and pepper. That girl got so annoyed at that moment that she just said “okay” and turned her back on me. I waited there for a few minutes, then thanked her for the salt and pepper mix she handed me in a plastic container, and she just said, “Uh-huh.” Sorry if I ruined your fun while you were just hanging out at the register, but I only asked for salt 🙃 She was wearing a blue T-shirt—unlike the other staff members—so you can recognize her by that. At that moment, I thought I should write this down. I love this brand and want to come here to eat bagels, but the service quality at this location is really bad……….

Bagels are always good. The edges do get toasted on the crisper side but it still taste good.

I've used the mobile order pickup twice now and both times were a miss. There's a clearly labeled pickup shelf which is great, but it's kept empty. Turns out my food was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Nobody moved it to the shelf, and no one was checking in with the people clearly standing around waiting for their orders. The place was slammed and there was zero staff managing the pickup area. First visit, they forgot one of my items. Second visit, the pickup process was so disorganized it took longer than just ordering in person would have. That defeats the whole point of a fast casual spot. The food is average at best too. Nothing bad, but nothing special. Some of the local mom and pop places nearby do it better. The setup is there and the shelf exists, it just needs someone actually owning that station during busy hours. Two visits, two problems. If it's not going to be faster or better than the alternatives, there's really no reason to come back.
