- MHMandie HankinsonSep 28, 20261.0dont go to this location unless you want them to charge you, A PAYING CUSTOMER, 11 cents for water. i questioned this policy and was told that every establishment does this, even starbucks (which i know for a fact is not true because I have gone there on multiple occasions and not been charged water after paying - it is also not their store policy according to my friend who works as a shift lead). Im not blaming the girl at the window or the person who picked up my call and confirmed thats true, but whoever manages this store should know thats a stupid policy and i will not be returning here.

- SPSila PenningtonSep 7, 20265.0I grabbed a smoothie and coffee here earlier and honestly had a pretty good experience. The smoothie was fresh, not overly sweet, and had a nice fruity flavor. My coffee was also made just the way I like it, hot and smooth without being too bitter. The staff was friendly and got my order out quicker than I expected. The shop has a relaxed feel, so it’s an easy place to sit for a bit or pick something up on the go. Nothing fancy, but everything was fresh and tasted good. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

Not only did they hand me someone else’s drink at first, then asked if I already paid, gave them my receipt to confirm, then they cut me off multiple times. Then they gave me an unfinished drink and they had to take it back. At that point it took 13 minutes at the window and I asked for a refund. How can a business run if your employees don’t even communicate with each other. Why did I have to talk to three different employees. This location needs training or some people need to be let go.
