Many times I have to end up getting back in my car and go to drive thru to get acknowledged. I am a regular but the service is starting to not be worth it .

The employee who sounded like she was half asleep told us via the intercom that they had a late start to their morning so they were not able to serve pastries until 45 minutes after opening. What type of establishment allows this. They have children operating This location and because they decided to sleep past their alarm customers are not able to be served.

The staff were completely overwhelmed and focused only on drive‑thru, leaving walk‑ins and gig drivers basically invisible. No one watching the counter, no communication, and no clear pickup system.I get that mornings are busy, but there needs to be at least one person checking the front so customers aren’t stuck waiting with no idea what’s going on. If you’re doing Uber Eats/DoorDash, expect delays — this location isn’t set up to handle rush‑hour volume.

This morning, I ordered three Old Fashioned donuts from this location. When I checked them on my way to work, I noticed that they appeared stale and undercooked. I took several photos so people can judge for themselves. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, a gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t know. I explained that I have been ordering this specific donut for many years and that I was very familiar with its normal texture and appearance. He looked at the donuts and said there was nothing wrong with them and that they were supposed to be that way. I was disappointed that the issue was initially dismissed rather than acknowledged. Fortunately, another female employee apologized and refunded my money to my card. I’m posting the photos so customers can see the condition of the donuts and make their own judgment. My concern is not simply about getting a refund — it’s about the quality of the product and how the complaint was handled🫤
