  Ordered a large extravaganza feast at 8:30 PM and waited until midnight for it to never show up. No updates, no communication, just silence. When I finally called, instead of trying to fix the issue, the staff immediately accused me of canceling the order myself and tried to shift the blame onto me. No apology, no accountability, just raised voices and confusion over the phone. After going back and forth trying to explain what actually happened, they reluctantly agreed to remake the order at 12:50 AM. By that point, I wasn't sure if I still wanted the pizza if it took this much effort. Waiting hours for food is bad enough, but being blamed for the restaurant’s mistake and treated like the problem is unacceptable. Definitely not ordering from here again.

  I placed an order totaling over $50 and included a tip. I was notified that my order had been delivered; however, it was never received. When I called to report the issue, the representative was unprofessional, spoke rudely, and disconnected the call. Upon calling back, I was repeatedly placed on hold without resolution. Due to the lack of delivery and poor customer service, I had to send my son to the location to address the situation myself. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of my order, including the tip, as the service provided did not meet reasonable expectations.

  I placed an online order at 5:06pm, by 6pm the order showed as delivered but we had yet to get our food. I called and was placed on hold, when I was finally helped I told Alisha the situation and she said “oh yeah thats very common in this company”. Do not order from this company per Alishas advice because this is very common in this company. Thanks for the heads up Alisha.

  I placed a delivery order and needed to add something to it. I called the store and was put on hold for over 10 minutes then called back and a male answered the phone and said let me get the manager just to be put on hold again for over another 10 minutes. Then I called back again and he picked up the phone and hung up. Horrible service!

  Cashier trying to scam us!, I asked for a Hawaiian large pizza and he wanted 25 plus taxes,! After I said I was goin to pass on that he cut the price to 20 plus taxes 😂
