  I stopped by Dave & Buster’s literally about an hour before closing just to grab a drink at the bar, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. Jeremiah at the bar was absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. 🙌🏼 Later on, my girls joined me, and we decided to move over to a table around the bar area. That’s when we had the pleasure of being taken care of by my server, Arlette and let me just say, SHE WAS AMAZING! 🥰✨ Arlette was so bubbly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from the moment she came over. She had such a great personality and made us feel like we were more than just another table. She checked on us consistently without ever being overbearing, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly went above and beyond to make our night enjoyable. But the best part? Her drink recommendations! 🍹 She recommended THREE different drinks for us to try, and every single one was a hit! The recommendations were spot-on, and my girls and I absolutely loved them. I went from my regular TNT to having some brand-new favorites thanks to her! 😂🍹 It’s honestly the little things that make a great experience, and Arlette’s knowledge of the menu, enthusiasm, and willingness to make recommendations made such a difference. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys taking care of their guests, and she definitely does. I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jeremiah, Arlette, and the entire Dave & Buster’s team. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, even being so close to closing time. That kind of service deserves recognition! If you’re ever at Dave & Buster’s, ask for Arlette you won’t be disappointed! 💕 She’ll take care of you, keep you laughing, and apparently, she’ll find your next favorite drink too! 😂🍹 I don’t normally leave review’s. But today was totally needed.

  Great food and amazing service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, with plenty of games and entertainment for everyone. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we had such a great time. Dave & Buster’s is definitely a great place to enjoy good food, have some drinks, watch sports, and have fun with family or friends. We’ll definitely be back! Greg the manger was very attentive.

  This is the first time that I take time to do a review.And had a great experience.Chrissy our server for the day made a very pleasant day. As soon as we sat down, Chrissy greeted us with a nice smile, right away she made us feel very comfortable. The service was fast and the food was great. She made food recommendations and she was right!!! Everything was delicious. She was always attentive to our table and we didn't had to ask for refills, she was already there with the new drinks. I looked all around and she was providing the service to many tables as well with the same attitude and smile. Thank you Chrissy for all your hard work and amazing customer service. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this place because of her. Please get more Chrissy's!!!

  Normally we go to have family night there with no issues. Last night was 2 raves we werent aware of at 1st after asking they stated the games were still available for families. The fog machine the spilled over by the entrance made it hard to breathe, I had to ask if they were sure nobody was smoking inside. Soon after me and my 10 year old purchased our points at the front desk, we proceeded to play the basketball game. Right as we were about to start 1st quarter EVERYTHING besides the raves blacked out. Everyone stood for 2 mins trying to wait but then families started to flood out due to lost of power. We weren't offered anything after the inconvenience either, my son was disappointed.

  Words cannot express how grateful I am for the amazing staff at D&B! We had a last-minute cancellation with my niece’s birthday venue, and without hesitation, Jeff, Greg, Christina, and Alainna stepped in and made everything happen! They were incredibly professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure her special day was memorable. Thank you all so much for helping turn what could have been a stressful situation into such a wonderful celebration! We truly appreciate everything you did!!!
