  Thomas the manager was very accommodating and a fresh of breath air. Talked about food and drinks and even inquired about our residency here in SD and past Dave and Bisters Experiences. That meant a lot. He took the time to walk us through the games and show us some new arrivals which we didn’t know about but are now excited to come back and play. Side note, he is a machine and was talking with guests and sweeping and bussing, all while laughing and joking with guests. Food was great and we can’t wait to go back. The place looks brand new and clean too.

  Had a great time at the bar, Jeremiah and Ethan are awesome bartenders. I even had a manager by the name of Thomas come over and check on me who was super friendly and cool. I definitely recommend this place. Great eats great drinks and awesome games. The remodel looks amazing. Gotta check it out.

  When we first got here we were told to buy the card at the table. So we got the unlimited play only later to find out that only applied to the arcade games not to games you could win prizes on. When we brought this up to the girl at the front she got an attitude. We were not told that from the beginning so it felt like a rip-off. At least the garlic parmesan wings were good though. I probably will not come back.

  The service here is very poor. The staff seemed incredibly disorganized. We were a group of seven and placed our orders together, yet I was the first to receive my meal while the rest of the table waited much longer. I didn’t want to be rude, so I held off eating for about fifteen minutes before finally picking at my fries, which were overly salty. When the remaining meals finally arrived, there were several mistakes, and we had to wait an additional ten minutes for corrections. By the time everything was sorted, my food was cold while others were only halfway through their meals. Our server mentioned it was their second day on the job, which is understandable, but the overall experience still felt uncoordinated and frustrating.
