- JLJohn LarsonMay 2, 20261.0Ordered 2 peanut buster parfaits last night at 8:30pm. There was something wrong with the ice cream it had way to much air in it like a marshmallow consistency. It was not cold and partially melted. The fudge was off as well. Either DQ has changed their products or the ice cream was not prepared properly. The employee on the phone said we needed to contact them the day of to get a refund. I had phoned the next day at 3:45pm. We thought they closed at 9pm. I am not bothered by the lack of refund, but am at either the lack of concern for internal quality controls or the greed of corporate ownership that can change recipes of something primary like ice cream.
