The Mr potato Head rolls are great but the Veggie Tail roll was phenomenal it has a lovely balance of sweet and savory and a surprising texture due to the sliced almonds they use as garnish. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars just because the Veggie Ramen made with a mushroom broth intended for vegetarians was rather bland and tasteless if one didn't choose a spicy level and adding soy sauce to it just made it worse. For a place with ramen in the title it was really disappointing.

I showed up a lot sooner only because I was already on my way. They still seated me and gave me a drink and edemame while I wait with out me asking. Wonderful hospitality I will be coming back more often. My 3rd time here. Their good is great and their service makes things even better
