Unfortunately every time I go to the window. I see them working on 5 orders at a time. And each time they sound overwhelmed. Order is never done by the time it says and even if i show up later, they are still finishing the order. Always have to ask them for the chips. If you go to this location your better off getting off and ordering there where you can see everything. Thats the only time they dont mess my order up. Yes, I hav3 given it to many tries. This has happened more than 10 times. I dislike complaining but this is the last one. I rather drive to fletcher for my chipotle from now on.

The quality of the food has been consistently great, and it’s clear they take pride in maintaining that standard. The service crew deserves a shoutout as well. Most of the staff are warm, kind, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel easy and pleasant. My to-go order is the barbacoa. The smoky, tender shredded beef with its aromatic spices is always satisfying. Other menu options are just as flavorful, from the fresh guacamole to the well‑seasoned sides. The store itself is clean, bright, and well‑maintained, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, this Chipotle continues to deliver great food, friendly service, and a comfortable environment… definitely one of my favorite locations.
