Verbatim told me I shouldn’t choose Sofrita as my protein because “humans are the top of the food chain and eating plant based is an abomination.” I awkwardly laughed it off and tried to continue with my order with the next employee as the elder employee continued to speak over me and make jokes including telling his coworker to “add an extra charge” for my bad order. Overall extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction.

- MPMalik PrinceAug 31, 20261.0One worker on the line at 8pm on Sunday with the line to the door and many employees there that could've helped but worst of all the elderly man who was working the only man working the line after each order wiped the table down with his gloves and didn't change his gloves once. At one point he flicked a piece of chicken on the dirty table back into the chicken bin. No change of gloves after using his gloves as a cleaner after each order meaning anyone who ordered a tortilla, cheese, lettuce, etc could've had contaminated food. If they'll do this in front of you imagine what may go on in the back. Avoid this place.

I was actually going to stay and just make sure she didn't touch my burrito, but I saw her stick her hand in the lettuce and shredded cheese and it was GAME OVER For me!!
