No hospitality, no desire to be here, tired (yawning constantly in front of patrons), no sense of customer service whatsoever. After purchasing items I asked if I could use the restroom which ‘Regine’ responded ‘yes’. I get to the restroom and am met with a combination pad to enter. Why can’t the manager ‘Regine’ give me the code when asking to use the restroom? Why must I stand back in line to ask for the code to the restroom after asking to use the restroom? Clearly this manager does not want to be here or is being over worked to the point she’s burnt out. Either way unacceptable customer service on her end. Everyone else greeted me and was extremely helpful. Please retrain this manager ‘Regine’ or send her to work somewhere a little more her pace. Will not be returning due to this experience with her.
