NEVER EAT HERE!! I promise I'm not the only one to get food poisoning. I had a procedure four days before I ate their food and I have been on antibiotics and eating a soft diet. I am still sick 3 days later. I ordered a burrito with no spice with rice beans, salad, avocado, Carnitas and sour cream. It seemed fine when I ate it. I am now suffering from the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. And I've had a few from crappy restaurants. Right now, I'm so upset. I even ate the food, but being on the road and needing to eat something at 3 PM that was close by felt the right thing to do. I will never eat chipotle ever again. McDonald's did this to me 26 years ago and I've never taken another bite. You've definitely lost a customer. The service and the atmosphere were just fine, but if you can't protect your customers from getting sick because of your sanitary conditions or where you're sourcing your meat (Smithfield type feed lot which has zero respect for the animal), which I firmly believe is the issue, then you really shouldn't be in business.

Never had such bad customer service before. Was having them make a burrito and the lady put sour cream on it when i asked for lime sauce. I said i dont want sour cream and she scooped half it off then threw lime sauce on there and said its in it. She argued back and forth with me then finally put it behind her in a fit. Very embarrassing of a company

On April 1st around 7:30 pm I recently had a very uncomfortable experience at this Chipotle location. I stopped in to grab a meal and happened to run into my ex-boyfriend, who was clearly going through a difficult time, so I offered to buy him some food. We were both minding our business and just trying to eat peacefully.
Shortly after we sat down, a woman who appeared to be the owner or manager walked in wearing a political hat that immediately made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. What made things worse was her behavior toward us—particularly toward my ex. She kept staring at him intensely from across the restaurant in a way that felt excessive and intrusive. It wasn’t a quick glance; it was prolonged and uncomfortable. Even when I noticed her watching and looked directly at her, she didn’t acknowledge it or look away.
Her demeanor came across as judgmental and possibly discriminatory, though I can’t say for certain what her intentions were. It felt like she may have been upset or concerned about my ex’s appearance, which made the situation feel even more awkward and unwelcoming. At one point she walked near our table and continued to watch him out of the corner of her eye, completely ignoring me.
Because of this, I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all. The atmosphere already felt off, and to make matters worse, the music inside the restaurant had a strange and unsettling tone that added to the discomfort. My ex even asked if we could move outside to finish eating because he felt uneasy.
Overall, the experience felt like harassment simply for being there, and it created an environment that was anything but welcoming. I hope management takes situations like this seriously, because no customer should feel watched or judged while just trying to eat. Lastly, The quantity of chicken received was insufficient to meet customer demand.
