But the service, attitude, and getting irritated with a customer because he spoke Spanish...I get it if you dont understand but being rude is unacceptable. We were charged an extra bowl and the chicken and stake had ZERO FLAVOR. After a long day of travel, we just wanted a quick familiar meal...got a bag full of attitude and disappointments.

- BKBreonna KramerSep 5, 20261.0DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION!! This is now the second time my husband and I ordered from this Chipotle. And both times have been awful. I should have written a 1 star when we ordered here last week and had a terrible experience. But shame on me for doing it a second time. We ordered the same thing both times. My husband, a chicken bowl with added guac. (And other toppings). The first time we ordered last week, the bowl arrived with ZERO chicken and the avocado used in the guac was not ripe, and hard. Tonight's order had chicken, but 1/4th the usual. My order, the most disappointing.... I get a salad with a full scoop of chicken and full scoop of steak. No rice (hate cilantro), and added cheese. The first order, my salad had maybe 10 pieces of lettuce in it (its a SALAD), and 1/4th the scoop of chicken and 1/4th the scoop of steak. And missing the dressing. Tonight's order, I got the same thing. The amount of lettuce was acceptable this time, but 3/4ths of it was soggy wilted old lettuce i had to toss as I am pregnant and cannot risk getting sick. My meat was also an acceptable amount this time, however my steak was cooked at a medium rare (and again, im 35 weeks pregnant) so I couldn't eat the steak. And then to top it off.... the staple dressing for the salad (which is the only reason I order Chipotle in the first place) was made poorly today or something. It tasted super funky, and left my tongue tingling after a few bites. I tossed my salad in the trash. Absolutely terrible experience and hoping I do not end up with some illness from Tonight's 3 bites of dinner. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION!
- BKBrian KramerSep 5, 20261.0I can't speak to the atmosphere as I have ordered online through the app and unfortunately this was the default location instead of Hillcrest. Words are difficult to describe how terrible the experience was both times. Round 1, two items ordered. Since wife hates cilantro, and app does not allow that option, she made white rice and ordered salad. This location only, and we have been to many including out of state, had 1/3 the amount of salad. Dressing that was ordered way not delivered in sealed bag. My chicken bowl had literally zero chicken. Spent at least 30 minutes obtaining a real human on customer service to be told "sorry you had a bad experience, nothing we can do for you". We were so upset we drove to Chipotle and dropped the food off and I did a charge back on credit card. Tonight, both items arrived cold, although I blame door dash for that. The steak had rare parts which for myself is fine, but not for my pregnant wife. My chicken was roughly one third the regular amount I have received from my last 100 bowls. We will never forget to make sure to avoid downtown again.
