  This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle location. At approximately 12:18-12:20pm on Aug 10,2026 I ordered a steak, bean, and rice burrito along with a quesadilla. For the quesadilla, I specifically requested double protein on each— steak and chicken. When the employee prepared it, he put what appeared to be one scoop of steak on it and then he told me that it was considered “double.” I asked how that could be double protein if it was only one scoop. Instead of explaining it professionally, the employees looked at each other and laughed. I found that extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite the issue, I stayed quiet, paid, and left because I didn’t want to create a scene. However, I was charged approximately $45 for one burrito and one quesadilla, which makes the situation even more frustrating. If I am paying extra for double protein, I expect to actually receive double protein. I understand that portions can vary, but telling a customer that one scoop is “double” when they specifically paid for double protein makes absolutely no sense. If there is a specific portioning policy, employees should be properly trained to explain it to customers rather than laughing at them. This location needs better customer service and better employee training. I have been to other Chipotle locations and have never had an experience quite like this one. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the portioning issue and the way customers are treated.

  For the past 3-6 months every time I order something after 8pm they are out of something! At least let me know before hand or give me an opinion for refund Today they were out of salad dressing again for the 10th times! Didn’t offer to make some until after I escalated my order to the manager and then escalated to regional manager which was too late in my opinion

  SAME AS EVERY CHIPOTLE!!! inconsistent serving size. Just received a $1 microwave sized burrito. so sick of you your company. Last time I eat here I swear!!!!

  This location is far too busy to make a good meal. When I opened my bowl the portion size was so ridiculously small it looked like someone had eaten half of it. I'm upset to have wasted my money here.
