I had to ask for more rice for my bowl because they were acting as if they were rationing. Steak was cold. No chips nearly 3 hours before closing? Only 1 person on the line. They began making my bowl, left it on the line, walked away and and came back maybe 8 minutes later. Customer line nearly out of the door. Seating set up is horrible. Barstool seating in the middle of the super small lobby. Four dirty tables in the back. All of the other seating is outside. Everything is an extra charge at Chipotle too. Pretty sorry bowl for nearly $17. Yore better off going to Denny’s and getting a full course meal.

It’s always dirty and there’s never any urgency to help customers in line. 1 person on the line, 5 other people walking around aimlessly, no one ever says welcome in or thank you. The only saving grace is the food is usually pretty good.

So instead, the employees who are scared and being watched by their hawkish manager, give out HALF portions of chicken. When we called them out and told them they were clearly giving out half a spoon portion instead of the normal portion, they said sorry, can’t help us. I paid for a FULL portion and I deserve to receive a FULL portion. Not a HALF portion. Manager needs training.
