  One of the worst locations I've been to. Poor customer service, poor management. Yes, I'm the guy who brought my order back after driving 20 minutes back to work to open up a bowl with no meat. A simple "sorry for your inconvenience" would've went a long way with me. But to see that girl go to the back and start laughing. Yep, that pissed me off with her little attitude. And, get off your phone and learn some customer service.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered pick up this evening got home and this was my untouched burrito bowl and burrito. My bowl had 8 pieces of chicken in it and the burrito smaller than the size of my hand. 15 dollars each. This is the absolute worst chipotle ever will never come back here management needs to do better!

  I ordered on the app to save time and ended up losing more of it than if I'd just walked in. I arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and my order wasn't on the shelf. The cashier said another customer had probably grabbed it, and it went back to the kitchen to be remade — another 10-minute wait. Here's what bothered me. The pickup rack sits out in the open with no one watching it, so orders disappearing seems inevitable. And when it happens, the remake goes to the back of the queue like a brand-new order. There was a long line when I walked in; it was gone before my food came out. I would have been served faster standing in it. I was offered a free soft drink, which I appreciate as a gesture, but it papers over a process that loses orders and then makes the customer absorb the delay. Food was fine. The pickup system needs attention

  This location is local and lately been seeing a fluctuating price in my bowls like they choose when then want to charge more. Apart from that, this most recent time. There was this women making my bowl with half/half protein and barely put even a half of the spoon of each and when asked very politely for a tiny bit more, she said so extra chicken, and i said no not extra just a bit more that that please. I was gifted with a huge side eye and two tiny pieces of chicken the size of a nail. And all for the rest of the bowl to be rushed and less proportionate. I was very upset coming out, knowing my meal was $17 for what seemed like 2 table spoons of protein and a spoon of guac.

  I came here with a few friends, so they could try chipotle for the first time. I ordered my food and try to find a table to sit at, and but none of them were cleaned except 1. While they were busy conversing as a group behind the counter for whatever reason besides downtime, there were tables that needed and should have been cleaned. The dining room looked neglected. The even worse part was that the rice in our food wasn’t even cooked fully. I was eating semi-solid grains of rice the whole time. It was a disappointing experience not only for me, but for my friends who were trying Chipotle for the first time. Please do better.
