  Thought of writing reviews several times after a bad experience, but finally compelled to, after increased frequency of disappointments. As a local resident and customer of many years, in my experience the quality of food, service and cleanliness has progressively worsened over the years. I wouldn't be surprised if this location shuts down in the next few months. Repeat bad experiences over the last few months: - Always out of food at or before 9 pm. Not just Guac or seasonal items - al pastor, chipotle honey, carne asada, but essential items like rice and chicken!. Unwilling to make more - both manager and staff. Closing time is 10 pm btw. they are cleaning up while people are still eating or ordering before 9 pm - apparently in a rush to close down. - Proportions are disproportionate. Literally have to pray for servers that give out decent portions. Others skimp on portions, or serve too much of one thing. - Staff can't roll burritos or hold food within soft tacos. This is Chipotle - you would think that's a necessary skill. - Cleanliness around the tables and floor is bad. Food and water/drink spills on the floor not cleaned up, especially as the evening progresses. - Guac always stale and pico de gallo always watery. - Do not order take out - as an example - have been served carnitas multiple times instead of chipotle honey chicken, Overall, frustrating to see staff, including manager(s) not working or even trying. Sad state of affairs. Try Carmel Mountain location instead - marginally better, if you want to risk the drive.

  Ive been going to Chipotle since I was a kid but honestly it has just gotten worse and worse when it comes to portion size as price continues to increase. Ive had lots of disappointing experiences as of lately but I think today was my last one. I had 2 bites of chicken in my whole bowl, the tables looked like a elementary school cafeteria. Very disappointing...

  Food and service was very good. They always have my order ready when I arrive. Just more attention needs to be paid to the dining area/fountain area. I

  Great taste with good vegan options. To top it off, the customer service was excellent! They follow roper sanitary norms and the staff was very friendly!
