It was my very first time trying Chipotle, so I honestly had no idea how or what to order. A big, tall, bearded Caucasian staff member noticed I was a bit unsure and was incredibly nice and service-minded. He patiently walked me through the entire process and even gave me a complimentary fountain drink on the house! His outstanding service didn't stop there-while I was eating, he actually came over to my table just to ask, "Are you enjoying it so far?" Such genuine care and hospitality are so rare to find these days. He made my first Chipotle experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this location!

Staff were rude and did not know what they had or did not have in stock!!!!! So Fam absolutely I went to the next location close to us (Balboa) we realized that food is not fresh and that being smug and rude is the criteria to be employed at Chipotle...
