  Service is horrible here, employees always fighting with each other in front of customers. They never make fresh food after 8:30pm so if you want a meal after that time they have almost no food left and just say “what you see is what I got”

  RACIALLY PROFILED MY SON BC HE IS MEXICAN. My son is 13 and was refused service before even ordering claiming he stole chips previously, staff publicly humiliated him! my son has not been here before and when video was shown it was clearly not him. They then charged him for chips we didnt even get!! Do not go here!!

  7/13 I go to pick up a togo order. The staff is shouting about how they are out of a laundry list of items. Many of which are in my order. I hear “it’ll be just a few minutes, bear with us” over and over again. Then the truth came out. A health inspector was there and was refusing to allow them to cook and prepare certain items (chicken, lettuce, brown rice, cheese, sour cream), I assume due to contamination or improper storage. Now we’re 20 minutes into the wait, health inspector guy walks out shaking his head and I hear him say “I’d never eat here.” Health inspector goes to the kitchen again and a lady escorting him around comes out and asks the staff to wash their hands. Never seen a sequence like this at a restaurant in my life. Food can’t be made, staff being told to wash their hands in front of customers, and a health inspector is walking around in clear disgust. Now we are 30 minutes into waiting and I ask for a refund, you guessed it, they can’t refund online orders in store. So I contact customer service and I am on day 2 of radio silence from them to get a refund.

  i didnt want to give it a 1 star review until i had visited this location several times and consistently the proportion of meat comes out insane. ive included a photo from my most recent order and while its hard to see, i counted maybe 11 small pieces of chicken for perhaps a total protein value of 15grams. Literally got a rice bowl of sour cream and salsa. I had to google to confirm chipotle doesn't operate a franchise model as i initially suspected this to be a franchise that performed poorly in terms of rationing quantities of meat. In any case, id refrain from going to this chipotle if you seek fair quantities of meat
