The staff doesnt give the free reward which is not that one cannot afford but its the experience. The first staff member said if you ordered with an entree its applied and the second staff member / manager on 7/ 13 said can you provide evidence. My spouse was driving n I didnt really have the email. He should have just given it - I paid for it just cause I was upset with the expectation and service for a $3 Guac. I truely believe if you were to match this level of customer experience with another brand it falls way below expectation from Chipotle. I hope somebody sees and rectifies this. I wont be changing this till the app is streamlined and made user friendly for rewards. And till the Carmel Valley store provides better service!

Never ever seen that in my life. Worked at restaurants for a long time before. Disgusting. They lied straight to my face and said it was because someone was restocking?? What??? Complete BS. Lazy as hell crew. Hire a new one. Holy hell. Absolutely repulsive behavior. Btw no one was restocking and PS- you don’t block restrooms when restocking even if you were. Such liars!!
