  WORST service!! My son purchased a combo from here (the money was taken out of his account) and they REFUSED to give him his food!!! The guy Hector at the counter continued to smile and smirk as I because more frustrated at the fact that my son was unable to get his food because of an error that took place ON HIS END. “I’m not giving your son free food” is what his response was despite the funds being withdrawn from the account. This is a horrible way to make the customer never want to come back. The right thing to do would to have still given him his food. Hector absolutely proved us wrong! The customer does NOT come first.. at least not here at the UTC Charlie’s. SMH

  My order was prepared incorrectly. It was supposed to include only meat and cheese, but it came with lettuce and tomatoes, which I did not request. Additionally, the portion of meat was significantly less than expected—far less than what other restaurants عادة provide. I’m disappointed with what I received and would like a proper resolution for this issue.

  I stopped by Charley’s at Westfield UTC and had a pretty disappointing experience. The young woman at the register was clearly new, but she was kind, respectful, and really trying. No issues with her at all. The problem was the employee on the grill. From the jump, the attitude was off. I asked for my veggies to be well grilled and also said no mushrooms. The receipt even showed “no mushrooms,” but my sandwich still came out with mushrooms all mixed in. When I brought it back up (calmly, no attitude), instead of just owning the mistake, she questioned if I even asked for no mushrooms. Then when she saw the receipt, she rolled her eyes and hit me with “we’re busy, mistakes happen.” That’s cool, mistakes do happen, but the attitude was unnecessary. I asked for a refund since my friend was already eating and I didn’t want to wait again, and she told me she couldn’t do it because no manager was there. That didn’t sound right, especially for a Sunday. Then it got weird when she tried to keep my receipt and said they “keep receipts” when they remake food. Nah… that’s not how that works. I had to press just to get it back. On top of that, they didn’t even have basic ingredients like tomatoes, the food wasn’t great, and the phone number on the receipt doesn’t even work. I looked up reviews after and saw other people had issues with the same employee, so this clearly isn’t a one-time thing. Bottom line: I work hard for my money, and I expect basic respect and decent service. The new employee was solid, but the overall experience? Not it. I won’t be back.
