  This location has very friendly employees and great customer service. If Momo is working while youre dining there you can consider yourself in good hands!

  Came 40 mins before they closed. The employees were rude, short, and had already packed up the food. They were completely out of items & gave us ghost scoops as though we didn’t have eyes. Nothing was even put in our bowl lol. I frequent cava and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Made no concessions, no discount, no effort. Just rudeness & excuses.

  I came here pretty late, and Momo was so helpful and super nice. I love when you go get some food late night, which I do pretty often because of my job, and they don’t make you feel bad for coming in during the last hour.

  You are better off going to Carmel Mountain location. This location is stingy with the portion, rice is hard, and teenagers run the front counter and they simply couldn't care less. My bowl at the other location was twice the portion size! I will not return here again.
