  One the training manger at this location she is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. We are family of six with 4 children so I asked for five cups for water. She was very offended and kept telling me where the water is THREE times. Not sure what is she thinking if am going to fill the cups with soda and sell them? Absolutely disgraceful. I would be extremely hesitant to hire this kind of person with this kind of disgraceful personality as a manger. I spoke to another manager at that location and complained he was very nice and understanding.

  When its good its good... But I have walked away more times than I have eaten there due to the appearance of food/lack of ingredients. Tonight was one of those nights and I'm finally saying this because now I'm hangry and looking up other restaurants in the area

  I've had my exact meal a few times from a different location. It's consistent there. It tasted different here so I was bummed I didn't get the flavors I was craving. Despite that, the food is still really good but the chicken was slightly burnt. I can't speak much on customer service because they do what they got to do to get you out. Staff wasn't nice or rude, just efficient. I wouldn't call the place warm and welcoming though. It's not a place I would stay at to eat. I think going on a Friday night might have been a mistake on my part so I'm willing to try again, but I don't know about the location. The line was out the door and it took about 20 minutes or so to get in and out. That wasn't too bad but it was loud and rushed. The atmosphere and location (crammed parking lot, but plenty of other parking with some walking) just wasn't it for me overall.

  DISGUSTING SALT AMOUNT!!! REDUCE YOUR SALT, YOU WILL DAMAGE HEALTH AND FIND A GOOD SAUCE NOT SALTY, YOU KNOW WHAT ARE YOU ARE DOING, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO YOU FOR YEARS!!
