  The line was quick, I misunderstood my order and they were still helpful. The cashier Keke was friendly and patient while I found my card to pay. Love coming to this cava location.

  Team Lead Lawanda of Cava Union Street (who i naturally assumed was the GM) is too amazing for words to describe. As soon as I stepped to the food line she greeted me with a big bright smile and asked me how my night was going. She recommended the spicy lamb meatballs and curated a bowl for my taste with the flavors that complement each other. The meatballs are packed with flavor especially while fresh and hot from the stove! I can say the same about the grilled chicken, which i tried for the first time, thanks to her recommendation. I can already tell i’m going to enjoy this and have a great night’s rest! No pt.2 necessary. Will continue patronizing this location because of staff like Lawanda!

  Great team here, Keka, Carla, and rest of front of house. They were patient with me as I figured out what I wanted. Probably the best option in the area for how fast it actually is. There are also many other food options if like, you just don’t want to wait in line. The flavors and spices are fantastic.

  I came on a rather small lunch rush but the speed of service was super good and what you would expect from cava i was helped by two employees I believe their names were toni and keka they were fast with service but not rude at all i usually find that with fast food you get one or other when being helped. i recommend this cava location!!

  Would’ve been a great first experience for me. I loved the food, the selection, and the value of the food. But one of the staff members (pregnant lady) was unnecessarily rude towards me for pointing out an ingredient. She could’ve told me not to point a finger in a different manner but I felt like I was humiliated since there were other customers close by. This was right when they opened today, Sept 7. I work customer service too so I know she could’ve definitely handled that in a different manner.
