  Food is always amazing we go frequently for date night last visit wasn't to good for service but its always a pleasure going there to eat

  Food was amazing, the BBQ the best just as it was hyped up to be, and the service was top notch. Definitely making this a BBQ fav to come back to.

  Bartender was awesome! Food was delicious! Try the chili!! Beef ribs and pork ribs were amazing. One of my favorite bbq spots! Check it out!

  I’ve been looking for a good BBQ joint in San Diego. I think I’ve found it. Don’t even think about mentioning Phil’s (garbage!). I arrived just as it opened, 11am. Anyways, I ordered the pulled pork parfait, 3 piece pork ribs, and Onion rings for an appetizer. Meat was fall off the bone! The Parfait was filling. I even order the 1/2 pound brisket to go. The meat was cooked very well. Juicy. Chefs kiss! Sauce was fire with just enough kick! Prices were fine especially for off the bone BBQ. I still would have preferred it to be a little cheaper, but that’s because I’m cheap. Lol. Had some of my sister’s Potato salad, delicious. Cornbread was moist just the way I like it. I will be returning. The Brisket I took home, TENDER! A must try. It’s what they’re know for

  Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Food was very mediocre. Pro tip: don’t pre boil your ribs (it tastes like you do). Just let them smoke, I promise you they will taste much better. Otherwise, service was good and I don’t come to SD expecting exceptional BBQ.
