I asked how big the Dubai sundae is and the girl said 1-3 scoops so I told her one expecting the Sunday. when she just did the one scoop she asked what topping and I told her caramel ? She asked about toppings and I told her I was asking for this one (the one shown on the window and clearly kept pointing at it too) she sighed and looked annoyed, raised her voice and said that’s 3 scoops we don’t do 1 for the Dubai Sunday . The scoop would’ve as well been charged as a child with the amount she even scooped. I’ve worked at a yogurt shop and understand customer service and also know it can be frustrating with some customers however all I did was ask a question and if there’s a misunderstanding on communication it wasn’t very professional of her to react and speak to me that way.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
