People asking for endless free samples and ridiculous topping combinations with multiple flavor ice cream, all the while being rude. The two young ladies working the store were incredible. They were efficiently taking care of everyone. They deserve all the credit. But yeah, people suck.

Even when the fault was not on how I preordered the cake but a glitch on THEIR part. And she denied what had happened until I showed her proof but even then.. NO apology but apparently it was my fault for the system failing. She offered no resolution or a way to fix it and now ruined a birthday. This company needs to find a new decorator or retrain her on customer service.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
