Ordered a cake for my dads 50th, didnt want to order a cake from baskin robbins because i know their quality of ice cream isnt as good compared to cold stones, but my dad likes the fudge crunch layer. When we picked it up and opened it saw the cake was a smaller tier, didn't look tall like the other 9inch cakes. so from there we knew something was off, but wont know until we cut into it. on his birthday, cut the cake and there wasnt a layer of cake or fudge crunch! Just ice cream!! If i wanted to pay $75 for ice cream and frosting we would've went to cold stones cause their mint tastes better. Already called the store they said the higher up would reach out to me, when I asked for the higher ups name they said they aren't allowed to give it out, so best believe I will be calling every day until I hear something about this

Deceptive Advertising! I bought two regular ice cream cones, they should have been $6 each by the sign, but I was charged $7 each due to each cone having an extra $1 "cake cone" fee, despite signage ONLY shows extra cost ($1.50) for WAFFLE cones. The "Scoops" picture clearly shows one scoop of ice cream in a regular cone for $6. Cake cones should NOT cost extra! They cheated me.

I just walked out of the Baskin-Robbins in Mira Mesa without buying anything due to an unnecessarily frustrating interaction. I’ve been purchasing the 1 lb 8 oz pre-pack for years and have always been able to choose two flavors. Today, the employee refused, claiming this location has different policies—which makes little sense for a national brand that’s supposed to offer a consistent customer experience. Refusing such a simple and reasonable request for the largest size available feels more like poor customer service than actual policy. Disappointing enough to lose a sale over something so basic. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The service was decent and there's a variety to choose from, BUT charging $1.50 for a tea spoon of sprinkles is robbery. I understand Baskin Robins isn't doing well, especially with a frozen yogurt store next door as competition, but to charge THAT much for sprinkles is vulgar. I was expecting maybe... 10 cents for a tea spoon of sprinkles, sure. I'd be willing to go up to 50 cents even, however, going over a dollar for barely any sprinkles is plain greedy. That's how you lose re-occurring customers. And, it's not like I could ask the employee to take it back either.

Only go when they have $1/scoops... not worth it otherwise.
