- KVKarla VeraMay 30, 20261.0My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins yesterday at approximately 9:30 PM. We waited in line for quite some time, even though both of us have disabilities. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a banana split. The employee serving customers, a heavy-set Hispanic male wearing a brown shirt, immediately told me he could not make it because of the time. I explained that I had already been waiting in line for a long time and that it was not my fault that it was late. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. He began preparing the order while throwing items around and acting annoyed the entire time. When he finished, he practically tossed the banana split onto the counter. I told him that his behavior was inappropriate and that he should not take his frustration out on customers. After that, I asked for spoons, and he threw them toward my face. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful he was. To make matters worse, he would not allow us to sit in the dining area, even though both my husband and I are disabled. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Management should address this issue to ensure that customers, especially those with disabilities, are treated with respect.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
