- MCMarc ChiangSep 16, 20263.0There are two locations, which is extremely confusing because they are on the exact same street about .5 miles apart, and their address numbers are also almost identical. I thought I did an online order to the location by my office, but it was actually the other location (my fault). When I got there, they did not have my order ready, and instead of just making the order on-site (2 breakfast burritos), the manager made one of his staff, Jackie, drive to the other location to get my food. I really appreciate Jackie's effort in making it right, however her manager needs to be re-trained. He doesn't seem to care about the customers' time. Sending your only cashier to another location for an order during a busy lunch hour is not how I would run my business. The small cost of 2 burritos vs keeping a recurring customer (who works right upstairs) is much more important than a few ingredients... The manager was also arrogant and I overheard him say, "I'm not going to waste ingredients for 2 burritos, but it's ok I made Jackie go get it." Unnecessarily rude and arrogant behavior.
