- JTJames TorresMay 5, 20261.0Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time. Went in today, ordered through the kiosk like normal, and this dude working the counter had straight attitude the whole time. First, he never called my name when the order was ready — just left the bag sitting on the counter like I was supposed to read his mind. Then I open it and he gave me iced coffee when I clearly ordered hot coffee. On top of that, he starts talking shit saying the workers “only put two of everything because we were doing some stupid shit.” Bro really said that out loud with his chest like it was funny. Zero accountability, zero customer service, just pure laziness and disrespect. If you can’t handle putting sugar packets in a bag or making a hot coffee without catching an attitude, maybe this ain’t the job for you. Do better or get your people right, Taco Bell. This was straight trash service.
