  Waited over 25 mins for a bagel with cream cheese. Customer before me got upset and wanted his refund. Nobody in here looked happy including the employees and manager

  This is not a fast food service, so if you’re in a hurry, best to go somewhere else. I come for the convenience of location, a couple times a week and I get the same order every time; a toasted bagel with butter. It takes over 14 minutes every time for me to receive my order. Brand new location so it’s clean. I’ve had good interactions with the staff. It’s just very slow service.
