  When I arrived to pick up my order, one of the employees acknowledged me right away. The employees seemed nice, but a bit dazed and confused, moving real slow. It took a while for the other employee to find my order, they looked all over the place. I and my child were the only customers so it's not like they had a bunch of orders in front of me. They also did not give me the bag that I asked for. I had to ask for both the tray and the bag. I helped the lady pop the drinks in the tray and she attempted to put the order in the bag. The bag ripped. She gave me the bag anyway. Other Jambas (that were outside the Bay Area) had no problem with this extra request. I guess they have a method how to do tray in the bag without it ripping. I ask for the bag because it's easier when I have a little one in tow, so I can focus on them and not on my drinks dropping. At least drinks were fine, no chunky bits that we noticed. The parking there is terrible, even though it was a weekday afternoon. 😮‍💨

  Jamba Juice is awesome, but, in general, we need one other protein option such as Pea Protein or another option. We only have Whey and Soy. Many people deserve a better alternative, for people who care a lot about health and diet. Glad to see Jamba Juice in business! Go buy smoothies from them!

  We paid $10.99+tax x 2 = $24 for 2 açaí bowls. They had no spoons?! I told the girl, how am I supposed to eat an Açaí bowl with no spoon or fork? The worker Kyla told me to walk over to Starbucks and ask for a spoon. 🤦🏻‍♀️
