My coffee is always made perfectly, the staff is very friendly, and the place is spotlessly clean. Went to the South SF location today and boy did it make me miss this location!! Food is always great too

Too many bugs flying around. They had no napkins, only bathroom paper towels they wanted customers to use as napkins. They were also out of tissue paper for the donuts. My donuts were thrown into a bag very aggressively and my donuts are ruined and smeared. I threw out the whole order. Wasn’t salvageable. Customer service was bad, and no workers understood or speak English. It was an overall bad experience. Never again!

The staff cannot communicate in any language regardless whether it's English or Spanish. I arrive for a pickup of an order that's already been paid for and scheduled to be told no, they don't have it. No kind of help. No kind of anything, just no. These are the people that you have working in public? Considering the area that it is, wouldn't think that it would be like this.
