I have a sensitive stomach and cannot consume acidic drinks, so I wanted to get a juice and waited about 10 minutes. I was told to use the kiosk, but the drink I wanted wasn’t available there. After I explained the situation, my order was manually changed, which I appreciate. However, even when I asked for something as simple as ketchup, she was not polite at all. Because of the initial attitude and overall behavior, my experience was not good. I expected a more friendly and helpful service.

I had not eaten in 10 hours due to a long flight and was driving home. Upon arrival, I was told that the store would be open at 430am (in 1.5 hours) and that i need to come back at that time. I told the cashier at the drive through that I was charged for my food already, and need my money back. They offered me absolutely NOTHING of the sory, except for a complementary frappachino and told me that I must wait 1.5 hours for my food or momey back. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They clearly cant even handle a basic schedule. Unprofessional, rude, and pathetic.
