  05/12/2026 was on drive thru and cashier was Ryne C very disappointed with his attitude his attitude was so bad I was about to ask for my money back good thing I was hungry but with that attitude he will not get any job with that kind of attitude I was so mad I call the same night talk to night shift manager so he could talk to him about his attitude and very disrespectful to customers hopefully they will fix it but him in the back cook he don’t fit for a cashier

  The staff is going to hurt your business. I used to frequent this taco bell as it's relatively close to my house. I noticed my regular combo was not in the menu anymore so I inquired and was told they no longer offer it. Ok no biggie I ordered it separately and asked for Diablo sauce. I also paid for extra cheese and sour cream to which I got neither. Nor did they bother to put a couple of sauce packets in the bag. I tried asking for a couple of packets but he shut the window. I'm hoping this is a one off.

  I’m big on customer service and quality of food. They do not take special orders or will overcharge you for it. I was asked in drive thru if I’d like any sauce. I stated yes 10 mild sauce packets please. Upon getting home I was given 5 mild sauce. So customers to not get what they request or just can’t count. I will not be going back to this location again. And I will let friends and family know as well.
