    First time coming here I love the atmosphere great customer service. They made my sandwich to perfection. Everything was nice and clean. I ordered the BMT sandwich foot-long we got a turkey ham foot-long and a steak foot-long and they made it to perfection. You guys really recommend you come and check them out.

    I was getting ready to order a sandwich and a young lady who was making it had blue eyes and blonde hair, she had a booger, and I of course told her and she wiped it with her hand and tried to proceed to make my sandwich. I walked out.

    I had the worst experience at this Subway. I went in to pick up my order, only to be told they had already given it away to someone else. Instead of fixing the mistake quickly, they took forever to remake it. What made it even more frustrating was that the staff kept stopping in the middle of my order to chat with each other and even started restocking condiments while I was still waiting. It felt like my time didn’t matter at all. On top of that, the person who originally took my order seemed completely confused and unorganized when remaking it. The overall service was very unprofessional, and the employees clearly did not care about the situation. Management really needs to step in and ensure their staff is properly trained and focused on customers. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

    Kat and Amalia were two beacons of brightness on a dreary day and I thought I would share my interaction with them because the great experiences are ALWAYS worth highlighting. I needed to regroup and grab a bite to eat since I was waiting for the nearby airport to open. While waiting, I noticed a few qualities about Kat and Amalia that stood out to me. The first, and personally important aspect I really appreciated was they never made me feel as though I’d been there too long, or took up too much space. I’d arrived with chaotic energy and substantial luggage. 🫠They understood my situation, but better still, they made sure I felt safe and welcome. I didn’t feel I was being a nuisance or burdensome. I wasn’t the only “complicated” customer that day. Kat extended grace and patience to customers who should’ve been refused service. I was in awe of her ability to diffuse “tricky” interactions, while simultaneously remaining an engaging and pleasant team member. Amalia was attentive and quietly present with each customer. She made sure the area was clean and welcoming the whole time I was there. Her calming demeanor helped me better navigate the rest of my day with a smile. I’ll definitely be back if only to say a quick hello😊

    My fiance went to order me a build your own and the lady helping him was just plain rude and seemed so annoyed and just wasn’t very customer friendly, when she handed my fiance the sandwich she didn’t bother bagging it up so my fiance asked another worker for a bag even though this lady was backed up with online orders she was more accommodating and helpful. Not only that but limited drink options.
