  This is my local location. I just had it out on the road and was surprised they have much better quality meat than typical fast food franchises like BK, Jack, McD, etc... I just don't understand why they wanted to locate next to the champ in n out, don't think that was great foresight. Looking forward to going to Sonic when I return home.

  This is the worse Sonics with bad/poor customer service skills. I ordered two of the $7.00 Big Deals. 1 No Mayo, No Onion w/Tots Got No Pickles, No Mayo No Onion

  I was being rushed at the drive through so I had to keep reminding her what I wanted. I ordered a smash burger combo with no pickle , and I wanted a large tater tot with the banana slushy. To her credit, She did ask me if the screen looked correct and I said absolutely not. I had to remind her no pickles, and I did not want fries.I wanted tater tots. It came to a total of twenty dollars which I was fine with until I got home. There was only about ten tater tots in my bag , and the burger was sloppily put together and was a mess when I pulled it out of the box. In the future, I will not get food from there but I do so enjoy their signature drinks but no more food for me.I was very disappointed.

  Service is subpar but the worst part is how inconsistent they are with their food. I always order the same meal but depending on who's working I could get generous portions, watered down drinks, incorrect items, cold food, etc. Not sure why I can go to any other fast food restaurant and consistently het the same food but not here. It's inconvenient and annoying and says a lot about the lack of care coming from management and the owners.

  This location is one of the busiest but they always get me right when I come in. I know customer service is hard and people complain about the slightest shit but these guys really haul ass even when they get hit with dinner rushes. Sometimes they forget things but they are human. Hard workers at this location as long as you are kind and courteous.
