  Seem to be understaffed. Place is always backed up on orders with people waiting and complaining.

  The managers are lazy and never want to do THERE JOB. So many times they've forgotten things in my order and the manager just leaves ppl on hold and NEVER GET BACK TO THEM. They should actually be fired. This has happend to many times.

  I ordered when I was like 25 minutes away, it said it would be 19 minutes until carry out. I got here and she didn't even have my order, she printed the ticket and said "okay I checked you in". TO START MAKING MY ORDER??? Then didn't give me an estimated time. There's 4 other people waiting. She then said, "It'll be 15 minutes... For like, everyone." Terrible service. This order should have ALREADY been done before I even got here. ALSO-- no gloves on except for the cashier.

  Do no cone here!! Understaffed and no sense of urgency.. order saud it was ready online and still took 30 mins once I got there to get my order.
