  Ordered a drive through order for my staff more than an hour in advance. When I arrived, it still was not ready. Once it finally came out, the employee handing it to me asked whether the bagels were included, which made me reopen and check the entire order myself to confirm everything was there. Ended up arriving late to work because of the delay and disorganization.

  There were 3 booth taken with people used their computers with just a drink. One person came in later with his own drink too. Why does mgt. let them do this , one person in a 4 person booth for a long time. One person had his feet up on the other seat and not even using his computer!! Will not going back to Panaera’s again , these people are rude

  Homeless person sleeping with his head on the table. Thought he had shoes on til I realized that his feet and ankles were solid black. Employees didn't seem to care. Definetly not what I need to see while trying to enjoy a meal.

  I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Harmony at the register. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes her time to make sure everything is right. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit that much better. Panera is lucky to have someone like her,she made my day a little brighter! 😊
