We visited here for my birthday dinner.havent been to an outback in years.the decor has changed some.seems a little brighter inside.food was decent i thought my steak had a bit to much fat .I also think like most restaurants these days prices were pretty high.overall nice experience but probably won't go back.

This is only a 3-star review because of TJ. We came in on Friday Night (7/31/26) and sat in the bar area at a booth. We were told that the 3 bartenders were all our waitresses. Crista was the main one serving us and she was great!! Such a beautiful and warm smile, she really made us feel appreciated. The other girl bartender looked like she was making drinks the entire time we were there, so we didnt get her name (I think someone called her Sam?) but she was working hard the whole time. And then there was TJ. I didnt get his name from him, because I didnt get to speak to him. I had to ask another staff member. The first time I thought it may have been a mistake. My daughter needed ranch, and I said "Excuse me" as he walked past us. He didnt even look at us. Maybe I needed to speak louder. The second time though, I reached my hand out, leaned out of the booth a bit, and said quite loudly "Excuse me"... and he ignored me. He walked RIGHT PAST our table, didnt even glance in our direction, and went over to talk to a guy sitting at the bar. HE IGNORED US. I was very upset and watched as he STOOD THERE, TALKING TO A GUY AT THE BAR, WHILE THE OTHER GIRLS WERE GETTING THEIR BUTTS KICKED. HE TALKED FOR MORE THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES! I dont know if he doesnt care about his job, or if hes just completely unaware of his surroundings.... but either way, he should not be a bartender or even a server. If your going to ignore some customers to talk to other customers, you shouldnt be in customer service. I dont know who hired him or why hes working on a busy Friday night but hes not the guy. The manager should know to put the best people on the weekends. Again Crista and (Sam?) were great and working hard the entire time. But this TJ needs to go.

I had a wonderful time at Outback I just have to share! Our waiter was very helpful. First off we had questions about allergies with the food and requested specific changes so we could enjoy the meal with no problem, he was very kind and patient with our requests. Unfortunately I didn't get his name (but I know he had a sword tattoo that looked really cool😎) however he was wonderful and had great communication with us. 💯 Our food had to be remade so he came over to inform us, we are very thankful for the time and effort he put into providing great customer service. Also the food was delicious!😋 My best friend ordered a giant rack of ribs which was DELICIOUS🍖 (many compliments to the chef)👩‍🍳 The environment was peaceful and slow, which you can't be mad about. Lastly, the waiter was very generous on the bread refills which you definitely can't be mad about!🥖 yes well my family was all very satisfied with our dinner and will be returning! Great food, great service, great spot!!😁
