  I stopped here on my way to Palm Springs. I was tight on time and I was worried I would miss the bus because they take their time to finish an order. I dont eat much fast food but the fries dont taste as good as I remember. The ice tasted like stale frozen water. Maybe I am being overdramatic but it was a hot mess inside the place. Some people were complaining about some bag that they forgot in the restaurant expecting employees would know what happened to it. Missed items on orders and such. Im glad I dont eat hamburgers often because this situation would make me stop from being a customer. Im not saying all McDonald's have this issue but this one is a pass for me.

  Poor customer service. Lobby full of customers when I politely greeted three people who completely ignored and walked right past me like if I didn't just say hello, good morning. Customer service is the job you got hired for. Proper training needed

  I think my sausage was spoiled, I spit it out. Omgosh they made us park in front, there were homeless ppl every side of us. I will never go back there again. Please ppl if it tastes funky, its rotten! Wish they had 0 stars
