  The service here is horrible. You try to explain any issue you have with the store, the employees are very dismissive and have a very rude and negative attitude. You can hate your job but you don't have to be disrespectful, talk over someone and be dismissive when someone is trying to address something. I'm not normally someone to complain, but when I'm trying to address my concerns or complaints and you are being short with me, giving me unnecessary attitude and just being completely dismissive of me, I am going to be upset and be rude and disrespectful right back. This is exactly why this store has so many negative reviews. The girl with the skinny eyebrows, blue face mask, wearing a hat, working around 11pm-12am in the drive thru on 4/25/26 - 4/26/26 is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. How she is working with people and food is beyond me.

  Google and all postage shows they’re open 24 hours, the app allowed us to place an online order, charged us… Pulled up and the drive thru is blocked off. Called and they repeated they were closed over and over. When I went to ask what we do about or online order that we already paid for and got rudely hung up on. The worst part is they were angry with me over the phone! Change your info online, limit order online capability? Maybe don’t take people’s money and be rude when you’ve caused an inconvenience? Truly pathetic erformance from what’s a normally excellent location. 4/20/2026 order placed at 11:15. Seconds after the call disconnected employees walk out the front door laughing, I wonder that was about. Embarrassing.

  They need to change there oil and wipe down there utensils a little better food looked fabulous but tasted old like it was cooked on old oil or something
