The employee taking our order was consistently interrupting us mid-sentence and did not allow us to fully finish speaking or clarify our order. This made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Additionally, the tone of the interaction came across as impatient and dismissive rather than courteous and professional. While I understand that drive-thru service can be fast-paced, there is still an expectation of basic respect and attentiveness when communicating with customers. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this visit. Overall, this interaction reflected a lack of customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure a more respectful and efficient experience for future customers.
