The whole place needs new management. Employees are extremely rude , they don't even acknowledge you standing there waiting for assistance. I waited 20 mins without anyone asking what I needed for a snack wrap I had ordered in the drive- thru. I wanted a replacement because the one they gave me was drenched in sauce, all over the outside of the wrap. It was disgusting. Even after waiting for 20 mins for the replacement I apologized for being annoying because they seemed so irritated with the minor inconvenience. Stop hiring people who dont want to work .

I gotten deluxe breakfast right now through drive thru. They didn't close my deluxe breakfast right. My eggs sausage were inside that bag and not Inside the lid. And mcmuffin was too hard not even soft.

Online order they didn't pay attention to my customized orders then took forever to get my order and it wasn't incorrect so I had to wait even longer and dont want no Security guard delivering my food I want a McDonald's employee delivering my food like its supposed to be.

I went to the drive thru there was 100 cars in line at 12:30pm. So I Went inside, the line was long and unorganized it was a mess. People are waiting in line and ordering on the machines. No one knows what's going on.

I understand during lunch hour it’s a rush and it all hands on deck. But they need someone to manage the front because there was a line of six people and no one checking in on what we were picking up. A homeless person came in and stole food from the pick up counter. I told that to the manager on shift and there was no urgency to check whose food was stolen. I told them what I was picking up and they said one of my orders was not in the system, so they would have to make it again. After 5 minutes I realized that the homeless person stole my order. I told the manager once again that the homeless person was the one who took my order. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. They were to focus on drive thru orders and neglected the customers in the front.
