The posted hours said the store was open until 7pm, but the employee locked the door right as we were walking up. When I asked if we could still order, she said she needed about 10 minutes to restock. We came back after 10 minutes, but she then told us she was closing early and hadn’t restocked after all. It was a disappointing experience — it felt like the staff’s desire to leave early was prioritized over customers who genuinely wanted to order. It left a poor impression not just of this location, but of Jamba Juice as a whole.

Better organization and clearer communication would improve the experience.
